The KY-001 is a digital temperature sensor module built around the popular DS18B20 sensor IC (Maxim/Dallas). It delivers calibrated temperature readings over a single data line using the 1-Wire protocol — no analog-to-digital conversion, no external calibration, and no complex wiring required. The module includes an onboard pull-up resistor and indicator LED, making it a complete, plug-and-play solution for any temperature monitoring project.
