Service Point Officer

Antoniadis Electronics-Educational Ltd, active in the field of Educational Material and Crafts since 1985, is looking to recruit an individual to staff its Service Point at its premises in Latsia (Industrial Area).

The Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the customer service area (order pick-ups/consultation) and the support of the online store (e-shop) www.antoniadis.com.cy .

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers at the Service Point for order pick-ups.

  • Assessing customer needs and presenting specialized technical solutions and products.

  • Processing and fulfilling e-shop orders (receiving orders, picking from the warehouse, packing).

  • Ensuring product availability and maintaining the organization of the service area and the warehouse.

  • Cashier duties, issuing receipts/invoices, and general computer usage.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or order management position.

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).

  • Ability to learn technical product specifications.

  • Very good knowledge of the Greek language and good knowledge of English.

  • Organizational skills, reliability, and professional demeanor.
