At antoniadis.com.cy (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), we continuously update our website. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. By entering our website, the Terms & Conditions are considered accepted. Updates to the Terms and Conditions may occur frequently, so you should review these changes regularly.

1. Content Usage

The services and information provided by the Company are for your personal, non-commercial use only. The Company does not guarantee accuracy, adequacy, quality, or suitability for any particular purpose or use, and all such warranties are expressly excluded to the maximum extent that such warranties can be excluded by law. The information provided is for general information and use only and is not intended to fulfill your specific requirements.

1.1. Use of AI Digital Assistant

Our online assistant is powered by artificial intelligence and provides information about products, prices, availability and orders, drawing on data from our online store. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, responses are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Information provided by the assistant is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. The prices, availability and terms shown on the product pages and confirmed at checkout always prevail. For critical matters such as technical specifications, product compatibility or special orders, we recommend contacting us directly.

2. Prices

All prices on our website include the statutory application of VAT, according to the applicable VAT legislation. Listed prices may change at any time without notice. The amount you will pay is the one displayed in the purchasing process at the date of the transaction. For purchases by companies in Greece with VAT exemption, see below.

2.1. Validity of Offers and Online Pricing

Offers and special prices displayed in our online store are valid exclusively for orders placed electronically (online). These prices may differ from the prices applicable for purchases made directly at our physical service point or for phone orders. Customers wishing to benefit from online offers may complete their purchase electronically.

3. Availability

Products with low availability carry a special mark, and to avoid inconvenience, if you see the mark, please confirm availability either by phone or by message (email/Messenger) before completing your order. If an order including an out-of-stock product is completed, you will be notified of an equivalent replacement or for the expected delivery date of the specific product. If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply you with a specific product, we are not liable to you. Please note that you may be asked whether we can deliver a substitute product.

4. Acceptance

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until the goods are delivered to you. Your order is an offer to purchase from us. Nothing we do or say will imply acceptance of this offer until the goods are delivered to you. At any point until then, the Company may refuse to provide the products to you without stating reasons, and a refund will be issued.

6. Online Ordering Procedure

The order fulfilment process in our online store has the following steps:

Step 1: Shopping Cart

Select the product category you are interested in purchasing from the main menu. Select the products and add the quantity you want to buy to the cart. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you are done with your selection, you can proceed to payment, and your shopping cart has already been created. You can change or cancel your cart at this stage. If you want to continue with your order, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Step 2: Order Completion

Order completion takes place on 1 page, divided into separate sections.

Step 2.1: Account Details

You will be asked to log in to your account if you already have one or create a new account. You can also complete the order as a “Guest” without creating an account. Below, you will be asked for your personal details and the address; specify whether the delivery address will be the same as the billing address.

Step 2.2: Shipping Method Selection

Proceeding further down, you will find the options for Shipping Methods. Depending on the delivery address you set above, the corresponding options and charges for each option will be displayed. More information about Shipping Methods can be found below (Section 7) and here.

Step 2.3: Payment Method Selection

In the last section, you will be asked to select the Payment Method for your Order. Your order is considered final and confirmed only after the payment procedures are finalized. More information about Payment Methods can be found here.

Step 3: Payment Confirmation

After filling in all the above details, you must click the acceptance button for the Company's Terms & Conditions and then click the "Order with an obligation to pay" button. You will receive an email as proof of your transaction.

Step 4: Transaction History

Your transaction data is accessible when you sign in to the system. You will be able to retrieve details from your previous transactions with our website and repeat orders.

7. Delivery Costs and Procedures

7.1 Delivery within Cyprus

7.1.1 Collection from our physical store

Select the option Collection from our Service Point, and you can collect it absolutely FREE the next working day from the new service point for order collections in Latsia (152 Giannou Kranidioti, 2235 Latsia). When your order is ready for collection, you will be notified via SMS on your mobile phone and/or by email.

7.1.2 Collection from ACS Courier office

Select the option Collection from ACS Offices to collect from one of the 40+ ACS Courier collection points across Cyprus. Shipping costs for collection from your nearest ACS Courier office (find ACS offices here) are €3.00 for orders up to €50.00 and FREE for orders €50.00 and over when paying online*. Your order will be ready for collection in 1-2 working days.

When your order is ready and leaves our store, you will receive a notification from us via email, and when it is at the collection point and ready for you to collect, you will be notified via SMS (or Viber) on your mobile phone by ACS. If you do not receive notification from ACS within 2 working days, please contact us for further investigation.

7.1.3 Delivery to your location

Select the option Delivery to your location to have your order delivered to your place. Delivery is made by ACS Courier FREE for orders €80.00 and over when paying online*. For orders under €80.00, delivery costs are €6.00. In remote areas for ACS, an additional charge** applies regardless of the order amount. Your order will be delivered to you in 1-3 working days, depending on the area and the workload of ACS Courier.

When your order is ready and leaves our store, you will receive a notification from us via email. ACS usually makes deliveries in the morning. If any clarification is needed for the delivery, they will contact you by phone. If you do not receive notification from ACS within 2 working days, please contact us for further investigation.

*If desired, you can pay upon delivery (cash on delivery). Cash on delivery has an additional charge of €1.00.

** Remote areas for ACS are divided as follows:

• D1. +1 additional day for delivery. + €6.00 additional charge
• D2. +2 additional days for delivery. +€15.00 additional charge
• D3. +3 additional days for delivery. +€30.00 additional charge

8. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

The Company's policy regarding product returns, exchanges, and order cancellations (including cancellation fees and special terms for purchases via third-party platforms) is described in detail on the dedicated page: Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy.

9. Payment

We will never ask you for any financial information, such as your bank account number, credit card numbers, or any other information related to your finances. All payments are made by credit/debit card using the secure checkout gateway provided by Viva Wallet. When you are ready to pay, you will be transferred to the secure checkout gateway of Viva Wallet, you will enter your payment details and execute the payment, and then you will be transferred back to our website to view your order receipt. You can pay using any Visa, VisaElectron, MasterCard, and Maestro. The transaction will appear on your bank account as "Antoniadis Electronics-Educational Ltd." You also have the option to pay by cash on delivery at the time of delivery. Cash on delivery has an additional charge of €1.00. More information about Payment Methods can be found here.

9.1. Special Prepayment Terms for Made-to-Order Products

For orders of products that are available only upon order (bear a special mark), the following prepayment terms apply:

9.2. Participation in Eurobank's "€πιστροφή" Reward Program

Our Company participates in the "€πιστροφή" (Epistrofi) Reward Program by Eurobank. By making purchases in our online store using participating Eurobank cards, you earn "€πιστροφή" euros corresponding to 2% of your transaction value. The earned euros are credited to your digital wallet and can be redeemed in subsequent purchases at any participating merchant, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the €πιστροφή Program.

9.3. Gift Vouchers & Discount Coupons Policy

Gift vouchers and discount codes are provided as unique alphanumeric codes. Redemption is carried out exclusively during the online checkout process by entering the code in the "Coupons" field before finalizing the transaction. The following terms apply:

• Each code has a specific validity period. Once expired, the code is automatically deactivated and cannot be used or renewed.

• Vouchers are redeemable only for online purchases through the eshop and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Vouchers not redeemed within their validity period will be automatically voided.

10. Legal

E-commerce transactions are in accordance with the Law, 156(I)/2004 and 197(I)/2007 of the Republic of Cyprus.
