You can choose to pick up your order from our service point in Latsia (Giannou Kranidioti 152, 2235 Latsia) at no additional charge. Orders are usually ready for pickup on the same working day, provided that the order was placed in time.
Please make sure to collect your order within five (5) days from the availability notification, otherwise it may be cancelled.

Note: Additional charges may apply regardless of the order amount for inaccessible areas**, as per ACS policy. Shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout based on the postal code of your delivery address.
**Inaccessible area surcharges by ACS are as follows:

Shipping cost for deliveries to Greece is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and volume of each shipment.
General Notes

When your order is ready and shipped out from our store, you will receive a shipping notification email from us including the tracking number.

When your package arrives at the pickup point (ACS or BOX NOW), you will be notified via SMS (or Viber) by the courier company with further instructions.

If you do not receive a notification from the selected courier company within 2 business days after our dispatch notice, please contact us for further investigation.

Deliveries within Cyprus by ACS take place Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 15:00.

If the courier company is unable to deliver your package, they will hold it for a limited time at the nearest branch and will attempt to contact you.

During high-demand periods (e.g. holidays or promotional campaigns), there may be delays in delivery times.
