How should I prepare the surfaces before applying the adhesive?

Both parts must be solid, clean, and free of dust and grease. Unlike many traditional adhesives, Poly Max® does not require a primer, and the surface can even be slightly moist. For surface bonding, we recommend using a glue spreader (2 mm) for an even application.

Can I use it to bond all types of plastic materials?

It bonds excellently with many synthetic materials, but it is not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, and bitumen. When gluing plastics, always perform a small adhesion test first, as the adhesion quality can vary depending on the specific type and grade of the synthetic material.
