Based on the standard GVS (Ground, Voltage, Signal) layout, it allows you to connect dozens of external sensors, LEDs, and servo motors effortlessly, eliminating the need for complex wiring and breadboards. Additionally, it features a built-in buzzer and an audio jack to easily add sound to your robotics projects!

Simplify Sensor Connections for your micro:bit

The ELECFREAKS Sensor:bit is designed to make prototyping faster and safer. By breaking out the micro:bit's pins into a GVS format, students can plug Octopus series sensors (or other compatible modules) directly into the board using simple 3-pin jumper wires. No more messy cables or short circuits! The integration of the buzzer and audio jack directly on the board saves valuable space, making the Sensor:bit the ideal foundation for any STEM project.

Key Features & Specifications

Compatibility: Designed for a perfect fit with both micro:bit V1 and V2 boards.
GVS Interface (Ground, VCC, Signal): Breaks out all available IO pins into a 3-pin layout, compatible with the vast majority of electronic sensors on the market.
Built-in Audio: Features an on-board Buzzer (connected to Pin 0) and an Audio Jack for headphones.
I2C Port: Independent I2C interface (Pin 19, 20) for quick connection to OLED displays or advanced sensors.
Operating Voltage: 2.7V - 3.3V (Powered directly via the micro:bit board).
