2SK2049 High-Current N-Channel MOSFET - Motor Control & Power Switching

The 2SK2049 is a Fuji Electric N-Channel Power MOSFET in a TO-220 package, built for high-current switching and power amplification. With a 60V drain-source rating, 50A continuous drain current and very low on-resistance, it is well suited for motor drivers, DC-DC converters and general-purpose power stages.
