Answer: Ensure the surface is meticulously clean, dry, and free from grease. Apply the lacquer directly; its unique formulation allows it to grip onto smooth, non-porous surfaces tightly without peeling or flaking.

Question: Can I use this to protect outdoor metal items?
Answer: Yes, it is fully suitable for exterior use. However, for raw, ferrous metals that are prone to rusting, we strongly recommend using a suitable anti-rust primer (primed metal) before applying the lacquer.

Instructions & Warnings: Stir thoroughly before use, scraping the bottom of the container to ensure the matting agents are fully mixed. DO NOT shake the bottle, as this introduces air bubbles. Apply in thin coats. While it dries very fast, please allow 5-7 days for the lacquer to fully cure before exposing the surface to heavy use or cleaning agents.
