The 74LS279 is an IC with four S-R Latches. Operating Current: Typical 15mA (Icc). Operating Temperature Range: Commercial range 0°C to +70°C. Speed / Delay: Typical propagation delay (set/reset to output) 20ns. Inputs / Outputs: Set (S), Reset (R) inputs, Q, Q-bar outputs. Two of the latches have dual Set inputs. Functions: Provides simple one-bit storage. Ideal for debouncing applications and memory circuits in switches and buttons.
