MINOS METALLIC PAINTS are premium grade metallic effect paints suitable for a wide range of materials. Metallic paints come in five popular colours. They offer an ultra modern reflective metallic finish on virtually any surface. They have several decoration and craft applications.

APPLICATIONS

  • MINOS METALLIC PAINTS have several uses such as paint and decoration of picture frames, bicycles, festive – Christmas ornaments and many DIY, art and craft projects.
  • They are suitable for wood, metal, glass, stone and various types of plastic.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Coverage: 2-3 m2 /400 ml
  • Touch dry: 10 - 15 minutes20oC
  • Hard dry: 1 hour 20oC

  • Cleaning: with nitro solvent

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface should be clean, dry and free of grease. Remove loose old lacquer and rust and sand the surface if necessary.

APPLICATION

  1. Before use, shake the aerosol for 2 minutes and spray a sample.
  2. Mask areas that you don't want to be painted.
  3. Apply spray paint quickly and evenly in several thin coats from a distance of 25-30cm, moving the can from side to side and up and down.
  4. Shake the can regularly for 10 seconds during spraying.
  5. In most cases spray several thin coats.
  6. Leave to dry. Touch dry usually 10 -15 minutes at 20oC.

The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, the humidity of the air and the thickness of the layer applied.
