  1. Paint the Base: Start by painting the flat polystyrene ring with the yellow acrylic paint. Make sure to cover the front and the sides well. Allow it to dry completely.
  2. Attach the Petals: Turn the ring upside down. Glue the yellow feathers around the back edge of the ring so they stick outwards, creating the flower's petals. You can layer them for a fuller look.
  3. Create the Center: Cut a small round piece of cardstock and glue it to the back of the ring's hole to create a "bottom" for the center.
