The 74LS156 is an IC with two 2-to-4 Line Decoders/Demultiplexers featuring Open Collector outputs. Operating Current: Typical 20mA (Icc). Operating Temperature Range: Commercial range 0°C to +70°C. Speed / Delay: Typical propagation delay (data to output) 25ns. Inputs / Outputs: 2 select inputs, 1 Enable input, 4 Open Collector outputs per decoder. Functions: Addressing and device selection with "Wired-OR" capability, allowing multiple outputs to be connected to the same line (with external pull-up).
