The 74LS137 is a 3-to-8 Line Decoder/Demultiplexer with latched inputs. Operating Current: Typical 20mA (Icc). Operating Temperature Range: Commercial range 0°C to +70°C. Speed / Delay: Typical propagation delay (data to output) 25ns. Inputs / Outputs: 3 address inputs, 3 Enable inputs, 8 outputs. Functions: Memory addressing, device selection. The "latch" feature means the address is held even after the input is de-asserted.
