The 74LS11 is an IC with three independent 3-input AND gates. Operating Current: Typical 4.5mA (Icc), maximum 15mA (Icc). Operating Temperature Range: Commercial range 0°C to +70°C. Speed / Delay: Typical propagation delay (tPLH/tPHL) 15ns. Inputs / Outputs: Standard TTL (Totem-Pole) outputs. Functions: AND logic function (the output is High only when all three inputs are High).
