The 74LS10 is an IC with three independent 3-input NAND gates. Operating Current: Typical 4mA (Icc), maximum 14mA (Icc). Operating Temperature Range: Commercial range 0°C to +70°C. Speed / Delay: Typical propagation delay (tPLH/tPHL) 10ns. Inputs / Outputs: Standard TTL (Totem-Pole) outputs. Functions: NAND logic function (the output is Low only when all three inputs are High).
