The 74LS08 is an IC with four independent 2-input AND gates. Operating Current: Typical 7mA (Icc), maximum 20mA (Icc). Operating Temperature Range: Commercial range 0°C to +70°C. Speed / Delay: Typical propagation delay (tPLH/tPHL) 10ns. Inputs / Outputs: Standard TTL (Totem-Pole) outputs. Functions: Basic AND logic function (the output is High only when both inputs are High).
