APPLICATIONS

MINOS CLEAR VARNISH SPRAY has hundreds of uses around the house, work, hobbies and DIY projects.

• Suitable for most surfaces such as wood, metal, stone, paper, plastics, ceramics and most painted surfaces.
• It is suitable for coating bare and painted wooden and metal surfaces.
• Ideal for finishing decorative craft projects as well as sealing and protecting electrical contacts and boards.

• Coverage: 60 - 140 ml/m2
• Touch dry: 20 - 30 minutes 20oC
• Hard dry: 3 - 4 hours 20oC
• Interior use
• Application temperature: 10oC - 35oC
• Cleaning: with nitro solvent

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface should be clean, dry and free of grease. Remove loose old lacquer and rust and sand metal and wooden surfaces.

APPLICATION

1. Before use, shake the aerosol for 2 minutes and spray a sample.
2. Apply varnish quickly and evenly in a thin coat from a distance of 25-30cm, moving the can from side to side and slowly going up or down.
3. Allow to dry. Touch dry usually 20 -30 minutes at 20oC.
4. If needed apply a second coat (depending on the desired degree of protection) when the first coat is completely dry.

The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, the humidity of the air and the thickness of the layer applied.
