Epoxy Rapid 5-Min 2x24ml - UHU

UHU Epoxy Rapid is a high performance 2-component epoxy adhesive for fast and strong welding. The glue is transparent once it has dried out with high outdoor and temperature resistance (from -20 to + 100 degrees Celsius). Also, it does not change over time, it is resistant to moisture, oils, sparing acids and alkalis as well as many solvents.

Applications: Suitable for metal, stone, concrete, marble, porcelain, wood, glass, reinforced plastics with fiber glass, hard PVC, rubber and polystyrene foam. Unsuitable for large glass surfaces.

Instructions for use: The surfaces to be glued should be rough and dry from dust and grease. All surfaces must first become rough.

1. Break the nose lock.

2. Apply an equal amount of resin and hardener (1 to 1 ratio) to the shuffle. Stir well.

3. Apply the adhesive on one surface, on rough materials in both. Join the 2 points to fit exactly with each other without exerting pressure. Clean the tips and seal with the lid on the package. Application time approx. 5 minutes at room temperature. Remnants of glue in the pan may be removed if pressure is applied underneath. Welding time After approx. 20 minutes, pressure can be applied to the compound and after 12 hours the final bonding is accelerated by application at room temperature. Additional heat accelerates the welding process.
