You can find any product you want in two ways: - Left on the product categories column you select the category you want. - From Search to the top of the page. Search with the code or product description.

2.2. Are there other products in "Antoniadis" store, which are not on the e-shop?

Yes, you can find more products at "Antoniadis" store, in Latsia Area 

2.3. I found the product but it is not available or I need more than the available quantity. What should I do?

2.4. I have not found the product I'm looking for. What should I do?

If you do not find the product you are looking for on our e-shop, you can contact us to ask if we have it in our store. If we do not have the product that you may be interested in, we can look for it for you and if we find something that makes you, we can supply it within a reasonable amount of time.

3. Ordering / Cancellation / Return policy

3.1. How can I order;

Find the products you are interested in through the search engines or from the various categories. Click on the link "Add to cart"on the product you are interested in and it will fit into your 'shopping cart'. When you have finished your choices, click on the CHECK OUT link in your shopping cart and you will go to a secure connection where you will be asked to specify a payment and shipping method. Alternatively you can place your order by phone at 22516351 on working days and hours or via email at sales@antoniadis.com.cyor by fax at 22516456, 24 hours a day. Orders received on public holidays are served on the next business day.

3.2. Is my order complete?

After completing the Check-out steps and click Send Order, a message will appear informing you that the order has been completed. This message also lists the order code, which you should keep.

3.3. How can I cancel my order?

3.4. What is the company's policy about defective products or products that I do not want?

As far as the defective products are concerned, provided that the damage did not originate from you, they can be returned, having the receipt of purchase together, and replacing them with a new one. For products you want to return, they can still be returned with receipt of purchase within 15 days, and provided that their packaging has not been opened and is in its original condition, they can be replaced with anything of equal value. In any case, there is no refund,
